Frequently asked questions
How much do CheapFly deal alerts cost?
Nothing. Alerts are free and supported by advertising and sponsors. A premium tier with extra features may launch later; joining the waitlist is optional and free.
How do you choose which deals to send?
We compare fares against our deal thresholds for each route and season, check that dates are actually bookable, and only send deals that beat typical prices by a clear margin.
Will you sell my email address?
No. We never sell subscriber lists. Quote requests for group or vacation travel are shared with a vetted travel partner only when you tick the box asking us to do so.
Can I change my airports or unsubscribe?
Yes. Every email includes a link to update your preferences or unsubscribe in one click, as required by Canada's anti-spam law (CASL).
Do you cover airports outside the big cities?
Yes. Choose Other and tell us your airport. We also include nearby options, such as US border airports, when they save Canadians real money.
